We are a specialist carpentry and joinery company delivering high-quality 1st and 2nd fix works, fire-door installation, roofing, and full timber-frame construction across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Our team has supported major build programmes for leading Tier 1 contractors, including Vistry Group, Countryside Homes, McLaren Construction, and Barratt Homes. This reflects our capability to operate on complex, time-sensitive schemes with consistent precision and reliability.
The company is led by a fully qualified carpenter holding a Gold CSCS Card, SMSTS certification, and First Aid at Work. Alongside his trade background, the director holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Investment Finance from Oxford Brookes University (First Class with Distinction). His dissertation, “A Call to Action: Defining Stakeholder Support for UK-based Real Estate Funds When Integrating ESG into Investment Strategies – Contributions to Viable and Credible ESG Investment Strategies,” examined the integration of sustainability principles into institutional investment decision-making. He further undertook Environmental, Social and Governance studies at the University of Cambridge’s Institute for Sustainability Leadership.
His professional experience includes serving as an environmental consultant for global real-estate funds with more than £1 trillion in assets under management during his time at Accenture. He has also raised capital for development projects across the UK and held a consultant position with the House of Lords, advising ambassadors across Eurasia on environmental and sustainability issues.
